Clog have become hot selling these days simple because although they look clunky, they are comfortable to wear. They are a sandal like shoe worn casually.
Clog have many uses for example, you can wear clogs when watering your lawn, working in your yard or when you are talking a walk with your dog.
They are comfortable for walking because you don’t feel the gravel underfoot when you are walking. Furthermore, you can slip in and out of it easily as you can wear it without socks.
They usually have tiny holes for aeration purpose. The holes have different functions too. If your clog get dirty, say you stepped on muddy place, you can easily wash the mud by splashing them away using water hose.
Clogs are also very lightweight. If you are traveling somewhere distance and you may need to use sandals, clogs are recommended as they are light and easy to be carried around.
Depending to the quality of material used, some clogs get slippery in the long run. There are two types of clogs. One that is made of the plastic and another from rubber.
I have not tried the plastic clogs but the rubber clogs can get slippery after using it for sometime. I guess, cheap stuff always ends up like that.
So if you are intending to buy a clog, make sure it quality enough and wont make you slip when walking on slippery places.
